JELLY MOLDS

The task was to create a collection of three molds for jelly or pudding. This was preceded by an exercise focused on structures and rasters, where I became interested in repeating and layering sub-segments, which I then continued to work with. To achieve a clean simple look, I created the mold shapes using differently sized plane trimmed spheres, which I layered on top of each other in various ways. This resulted in attractive shapes that are pleasing to the eye and encourage further decoration and consumption.
