Terraced house

The concept of this house is oriented mostly around it's size and symmetry. Apart from other concepts, this one in particular, is way smaller, yet it goes with all norms and still maintains a lot of free space. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a dinning room, bathroom and a utility room. On the other hand, the upper floor consists of a bedroom and a study, connected with a living room. A dominating feature, that cannot be overlooked, consists of two balconies, located on the house's facades. One on each one.
