Gallery at the Interface - archetypes of caves, clearings and waters

My goal was to create a gallery focused on spatial experiences, but at the same time not distracting the visitor from the purpose for which he came - the perception of art artifacts. The building is located below ground level, which in itself creates a special atmosphere and evokes images of the underground world. The gallery is therefore designed on the basis of simple geometric shapes - quadrilaterals, and only the entrance staircase and the outdoor atrium, the main source of light, stand out from their regular layout. In addition, the interior is illuminated by longitudinal skylights in the roof. Working with light and alternating light and dark parts evokes the passage of time.
