GUARDHOUSE KORNO
Annotation
Study of a family home in Korno, by the rail line Prague – Beroun. The house for a young family is in direct contact with the railway. It is situated on a train embankment, on the site of a former guard house. The location offers breath-taking views of the river, the rails, and the limestone rock massifs. The project tries to communicate with the railway and surrounding nature by revolving around its own axis. It turns towards the sun, the train, the views. And sometimes it just turns around just like that. For fun.
