Petřiny mansion

The family house with a studio is located in a secluded location in Petřiny on a slope and is constructed for a family of four. The building is divided into two volumes, and five floors that perform different functions. Above the habitable part of the house there is a studio for an architectural studio with its own terrace, followed by a garage with a hall on the ground floor. One floor below we find the children’s room and the parents’ bedroom. The last two floors divide the space comprising the living room, kitchen, children’s room and study with a library, using different heights and sightlines. Ample light is provided by large north-west facing French windows.
