House with ballet studio

Our assignment for this semester was house with side function. The task was to find a client and design a house with a secondary function. My client is Laura Denksteinova, who is ballerina. However, her career as a professional ballerina is ending, so she decided to built a house where she will have her ballet studio. There will be small children that Laura will train with. Before that studio, it also has outdoor seating for parents who are waiting for their children. The rest of the house is residential. The first floor has common areas such as kitchen, living room and dining room and the second floor, where is a bedroom with a loggia, two bedrooms for kids and two bathrooms.
