Chapel

Cabin ++ is a curious name, but its curiosity allows us to imagine any building. The assignment was to find a place for our cabin in Prokopské údolí. There are many beautiful and inspiring views and sights there. However the natural landscape is already breathtaking, therefore we should attempt not to ruin it with building construction. I did not want my cabin to be commercially or touristically attractive. I attempted to achieve a competely different purpose for my cabin. I wanted it to be a spiritual place to inspire a flow of thoughts or maybe no thoughts at all. That is why a I came up with the name chapel. It is not religious, but spiritual, which is why I avoided any symbol of a cross. I have chosen the place on the hill, because I think that chapel by definition should be visible.
