The project POLYCE focuses on the enhancement and strengthening of the polycentric system and the current position of every city as a metropolis and driving force of territorial cohesive development in a competitive and sustainable perspective. This interrelation between metropolisation and polycentric development is assumed to be based on a metropolis’ territorial capital.
