After receiving the Letter of Acceptance, inform the faculty coordinator who will issue you a "card" in the Mobility app where you upload these documents:
- Letter of Acceptance
- comparison sheet
- Learning Agreement
- insurance
- confirmation of studies
The OLS test is optional.
A) Comparison sheet
A document in which you propose how courses completed at a foreign school will be recognized at the Faculty of Architecture, Czech Technical University in Prague. The comparison sheet is an internal document of the faculty and is used only for its needs. Download here. Procedure:
- Please upload the completed comparison sheet in DOC/DOCX format via this link for the associate dean’s signature.
- Credit recognition: Studios are typically recognized as ATVZ for 11 ECTS credits. Elective courses are recognized according to the number of credits earned at the foreign school (please indicate the name of the elective course). If the ECTS credit ratio is not 1:1, please attach a conversion table from the foreign school's website.
- After signing, a scan will be sent to your email address.
- You will then upload this document to the Mobility application.
- Any changes must be approved by the FA International Office – a new comparison sheet must be created and the Learning Agreement must be updated.
B) Learning Agreement (LA)
A document in which you specify the subjects you will study at a foreign university and their equivalents at FA CTU. Procedure:
C) Transcript of Records and Confirmation of Study before Departure
- You can generate your Transcript of Records yourself directly from KOS as a List of Completed Courses, then upload it to the application form from the foreign school.
- You can also generate a confirmation of study yourself from KOS. If a foreign school requires confirmation for the upcoming semester, Kristýna Sedlaříková at the International Office will issue it.
D) Other necessary documents
- After obtaining signatures on the Comparison sheet, Learning Agreement, and receiving the Letter of Acceptance from the foreign university, upload all documents to your card in the Mobility application.
- Set up a euro bank account to receive the Erasmus+ grant.
- Before departure, you must upload the following to Mobility: Letter of acceptance, Confirmation of study, approved Comparison sheet, signed Learning agreement, Insurance contract.
