The faculty will participate in a workshop for gifted pupils and their teachers from elementary schools
13/2/2020

A group of 24 teachers and pupils will explore the possibilities of using modern technologies in artistic practice.
"There is no need to be afraid of new technologies, but feel free to accept them as one of the other sculptural tools, to explore them and think about what they can help us with," says Michal Gabriel, one of the most prominent contemporary Czech sculptors.
From this point of view, the interconnection of the project with the Faculty of Architecture of CTU is very beneficial. Project participants can use the excellent technical facilities of the Faculty of Technical Assistance to implement models of their designs. And the faculty can directly address not only gifted pupils and students of elementary art schools, but especially teachers who are dedicated to their preparation. This fulfills one of the programme's aims - to connect education at different levels.
The aim of the Magdalena Kožená Endowment Fund is to support and raise the profile of artistic education. The MenART scholarship program is aimed at elementary art schools in order to support the search, development and support of young talents, and to support and inspire educators who pursue their teaching. Recently, the Magdalena Kožená Endowment Fund announced the 3rd year of the Scholarship Academy, to which candidates can apply until 31 March 2020.
