Conclusions from the meeting of Vice-Deans for Study Affairs of all CTU Faculties held on March 26, 2020

The last meeting of the vice-deans of all faculties and CTU components shows that the examination period will begin on 25. 5. 2020 and end on 20. 9. 2020. The state examinations and state final examinations will be conducted in contact, as the situation permits.
- The deadline for the end of the term and the beginning of the examination period is 25. 5. 2020
- Teaching, for example laboratory practice (examination period) will be extended until 20. 9. 2020. An updated timetable of the AY 2019-20 will be issued by the CTU Rector's Office in the near future.
- Completion of courses (exams and graded assessments...) should be done in direct contact, details will be addressed after Easter (see the new schedule AY 2019-20).
- State examinations and state final examinations will be conducted in direct contact, as the situation permits. April state examination dates were canceled, a sufficient number of other dates will be announced.
- The deadline for submiting the diploma, bachelor and and studios projects is 1. 6. 2020 at noon (12:00). The form of submission will be specified according to the situation (electronically x physically as usual).
- We remind you that there is a possibility how to issue access password (KOS ...) remotely.
- The results of the admission to the Czech Bachelor's degree programs will be published by 15. 4. 2020. The dates of the admission to the Czech Master's degree programs remain unchanged. Portfolio submission form will be specified according to the situation (electronically x physically).
