By-elections to the Academic Senate of the CTU and the Academic Senate of the FA CTU are also approaching

In addition to the election of the new Dean of the Faculty of Architecture of the CTU, there are also upcoming by-elections to the Academic Senate of the CTU, in the constituency of the students of the Faculty of Architecture of the CTU, and by-elections to the student chamber of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Architecture. Proposals for candidates can be submitted until 30. 9. 2021.
AS CTU has announced a by-election in the constituency of FA students on 3. 8. 2021.
AS FA has announced a by-election for the student chamber of AS FA on 6. 9. 2021.
The elections will run simultaneously according to a timetable set by the Joint Electoral Commission, which manages the elections:
- 30. 9. 2021, 12.00, deadline for submission of nominations for candidates
- 1. 10. 2021, publication of accepted candidates
- 7. 10. 2021, 15.00, an election meeting; an assembly of the academic community at which candidates have the right to present themselves to the academic community
- 13. a 14. 10. 2021, the election will be held electronically from 9 a.m. 13. 10. to 5 p.m. 14. 10. and physically at the faculty from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days
- until 18. 10. 2021, announcement and publication of election results

Elections to the AS CTU are governed by the Election Rules of the AS CTU, elections to the AS FA are governed by the Election Rules of the AS FA.
In the elections to the AS CTU can vote only students, in the elections to the AS FA can vote all members of the academic community of the FA.
Candidates must send an e-mail no later than 30. 9. 2021, 12.00 to volby@fa.cvut.cz with the subject "Candidacy for AS FA / AS CTU", which will include:
- completed and signed form (attached),
- 1×A4 personal characteristics (PDF),
- photo (preferably in square format),
- short video (maximum 20 seconds, in case of larger file size a download link can be sent).
