The exhibition has been the largest retrospective architecture in our country for more than half a century. It is held on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the independent Czech and Slovak Republics. On an area of over 2,000 square meters, more than 500 of the most important architectural works of hundreds of architects active from the end of the 19th century to the present, both in the Czech and Slovak Republics, will be presented.
The exhibition presents the development of Czech and Slovak architecture in four stages. 23 architectural models lent by the Faculty of Architecture of the CTU will be exhibited.
The main curators are prof. Ing. arch. Matúš Dulla, a DrSc. prof. Ing. arch. Vladimír Šlapeta, DrSc., Hon. FAIA.
