Municipal Rental Housing

The corner inspires to culminate the mass, to create a vertical, a tower, which became the first building stone of the house figure. It encourages the feeling, that the house is completely aware of the surrounding corner houses. The tower and the strict regularity of the street façade give the house solidity and stability, however, in the courtyard the house shows its second face - formable and playful. The courtyard façade seems haphazard because of its obliquity - nevertheless, my effort to ensure the highest comfort for inhabitants, the huge amount of flat exterior spaces, attractive views and, at the same time, the right level of privacy, despite the complications resulting from the connection to the three adjacent objects, were the attributes which have formed this façade.
