Municipal Rental Housing

In my design of the municipal rental house I combine the elements of adorned Art Nouveau Karlín and of Classicist industrial superblock. I try to delicately continue in the current development and to create the old-new look of Karlín. The whole block is closed by a corner house. I create two courtyards inside the area - a courtyard with a garden and a walk-through courtyard with a solid surface.
