Reconstruction Strategy and Design for Northern Saltivka, Kharkiv

Northern Saltivka is one of the most war-damaged neighborhoods in Kharkiv, Ukraine. In my diploma project I was dedicated to find optimal approach on how to rebuild Ukrainian cities in the future on the example of this locality. The task here is not only bring Saltivka back to it's pre-war state but also tackle other issues that existed before - like low-density and poor use of land, monofunctionality, lack of good public spaces, low quality of living in panel housing etc.
