Process

Busy V Botanice Street (hereafter Botanka), where the botanical garden used to be. Today it is one of the busiest traffic routes in Prague. The traffic takes away from the public space of Botanka and its immediate surroundings. The process follows the limits of where the housing crisis can go and where it can move. It will move above the road, it will be another possible space for housing. So I am stopping both sides of the street and building up the street at the same time. Housing in Botanka improves the public space of the street and its surroundings. It connects Portheim Park and Arbes Square through the courtyards and enlivens the area around the Commercial Bank Building.
