Landscape Architecture, MA diploma project

Annotation

This diploma thesis explores the integration of vegetation into urban infrastructure through vegetative structural elements. Central to the work is the concept of prostlinění an original term describing plant structures conect with architecture. The project seeks alternatives to complex green systems and examines how vegetation can be introduced into the built environment with minimal maintenance. As a result, a parking structure in Brandýs nad Labem is reimagined as a multi-level public space that combines architecture, greenery, and community use, offering new possibilities for urban life.
