Foot firmly on the Ground

To stand firmly on the ground. In my assigned block, I am linking the proposed polyfunction to the cultural life that takes place in the block in the revived factory spaces. To create a superblock of culture. I am raising the structure above the object on two legs pierced through the existing two-story building. It primarily raises the steel structure from which the rods hang over all the new floors. In the old two-story building, I am restoring its former use - workshop spaces. I am designing shared workshops and café spaces with a restaurant. An open gap with a residential roof is created between the old and the new. On the other floors, I am designing coworking spaces, a multifunctional hall and an exhibition space. A round staircase protruding into the courtyard and connected to the superstructure by a bridge is added to the design as a reference to factory chimneys.
