Children´s Home - Leisure Center for Children

This bachelor's thesis presents the design of a leisure center for children located in Prague 6 Veleslavín, as part of the Quartet complex, which consists of four buildings primarily intended for children. The two-story timber structure combines CLT panels with a glulam (BSH) frame and offers space for creative and leisure activities. In front of the main entrance, there is a shared playground and a steel pergola that functions as both a play feature and a shading element, reinforcing the communal character of the complex.
