House with the Multifunctional Hall

The House with a multifunctional hall is an apartment building with a multifunctional black-box. A key feature of the house is its ability to have a different function on each of its four sides. The main entrance, the community and office areas of the cultural hall and ticketing are oriented to the main street. The entrance of the hall and café are oriented to the small plaza. The frontage to the courtyard, which is one level higher than the street, offers a community space with bike depot. The front gardens of the duplex apartments face west onto the roof of the hall.
