Triple House

The subject of this project is the design of a new urban residential building with a commercial ground floor and underground parking, located in the Vršovice district of Prague. The building is situated within the context of dense urban block development, in close proximity to a railway line, and places emphasis on high living standards, architectural quality, and operational efficiency. The goal of the project is to create a functional, aesthetically refined, and sustainable residential building that meets contemporary demands for urban living.
