Administrative Building, Žižkov

The project involves the design of an administrative building on a plot located in the Prague 3 Žižkov district on Hartigova street. It is a five-story building with three underground levels used as parking facilities. The main entrance is situated in the central section. The ground floor of both wings serves as flexible commercial space, suitable for gastronomy as well as retail areas. The second through fifth floors above ground contain office spaces with the option for flexible layouts. The buildings structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame with integrated cores. The lightweight facade, articulated by vertical and horizontal elements, provides a modern and elegant appearance, giving the building a sense of visual lightness.
