Kolín - Zámecká - Apartment House

The thesis presents the architectural design of a residential building. It is located adjacent Kolín castle complex. The proposed development replaces a currently unused barley storage facility with a new structure that integrates 15 residential units, private parking for residents, a two-storey commercial space, and a visitor information centre. The design seeks to sensitively respond to the historical context of the site while contributing to its functional and social revitalisation.
