The Shradder - Appartement Building

The Shradder - apartment building with a commercial ground floor is adjacent to Bohumil Hrabal Square and is located on the area of the current Palmovka bus station, which will be demolished for the construction. The newly defined plot is divided into 2 parts - The Shradder apartment building on the eastern part of the plot and The Stork apartment building on the western side. The apartment buildings share 2 floors of underground parking and a courtyard on the 2nd floor. The entrance to the parking lot is provided from the adjacent building using a parking elevator. The building consists of three wings, which form a U-shape. All wings have 5 floors above ground. The first floor and the eastern part of the second floor contain a multifunctional ground floor. The remaining floors contain a total of 17 residential units.
