Zákupy Residential Building

The design presents three buildings on a site near Svobody Square in Zákupy. All three volumes have similar functionality division: an active ground floor (pharmacy, clubrooms, offices) and two residential floors. The apartments are designed in capacities from flatlets to double-bedroom units. The architectural and material solution refers to the historical surrounding and in the gaps and the adjacent environment around the houses, a pleasant semi-private space is created, the atmosphere of which is reminiscent of narrow streets in the centers of old towns.
