This work focuses on the design of tram seats using the bent wood method. The development of the final solution is based on the current interior design of the Škoda 15T ForCity Alfa tram. The analytical part examines the research on the development and current trends in the field of public transport vehicle interiors. Additionally, it discusses the requirements placed on the seats from both legislative and user perspectives. The design process follows, applying insights gained from the analytical part. The resulting prototype respects the materials used in the final solution, consisting of bent beech wood and a welded stainless steel frame.
