Annotation
The intent is the construction of local community senior centre fit into rural environment and several flats. The goal is to create a place for dignified life of self-sufficient seniors in familiar surroundings, a centre for day-to-day needs of seniors of nearby neighborhood, and a space for social gathering across generations.
