Apartment Building

The five-storey apartment building is located in Trnitá district in Brno. It is situated in a block of houses characteristic by its numerous transitions. My corner plot is located near the northern entrance to the block. The dominant feature of the parterre is an arcade that goes along the entire eastern facade. The house is cladded with semi-matt aluminum sheets, which mirror the surrounding area very gently. On upper floors there are luxury apartments measuring from 110 to 140 m2. Each unit has a fully glazed loggia, which thanks to its roofing is a great place to relax in any type of weather. Part of the ground floor is used as a storage area for the residents. The rest of the ground floor is covered by cafe and two shops.
