Apartment House with Stores

The apartment house is located on the peninsula near the Holešov?ice port. The project aims to offer high-quality living in the inner outskirts. The more or less U-shaped house encloses the half-private yard, which is open to the river on the western side. The difference in el?evation between the object and the water level protects the house from floods and separates it optically from the public area of the river bank. The size of the individual flats varies greatly. There are one-room flats, two-room flats, three-room corner flats and three-room flats connected with the inner yard. The project counts with rentable areas in the parterre, which are oriented towards the street on the peninsula axis.
