Luxury Hotel

A new building of a five-star Luxury hotel is situated on the Mírové square in Mariánské Lázně. The project is also transforming the whole square and there are situated underground garages under the surface for guests from the nearby hotels. The building of the hotel has six ground floors and three underground floors. The hotel is connected with the garages on the second and third underground floors. On the first underground floor, there are service spaces, the kitchen, and the main restaurant space. This floor can be reached from the terrain from Vrchlického street. On the first floor, there is a lobby, cafeteria and the second floor of the restaurant. From the second to the fifth floor there are hotel rooms and a headquarter's offices. On the last floor, there are situated wellness and fitness for the guests. These spaces have an entrance to the terrace.
