Annotation
The subject of the bachelor thesis is a section of a multifunctional house in Humpolec. The section consists of apartment housing and garage. I am taking the house as a matrix which is to be filled with housing composition. Apartment typology can be universally combined. Separate apartments in their volume have high spatial ductility including possible layout adjustments.
