Texlen HORSKÁ 09 is the most lucrative industial facility in Trutnov, mainly due to the proximity of the city center. The resort is 15 minutes' walk from the city center. Main town street Horská serounds the facilty from the west. From the east is the area lined by a cycle path that runs along the river Upy.Row ranges of original industrial buildings define the area from the north and south. The area of the site is halved vy a massive water canal parallel to the direction of the river. I am suggesting a river spa between the river and the drive. The spa uses a difference of six meters height at the level of the drive and the river.
