ÚSTÍ NAD ORLICÍ - LOCHMANOVA

Diploma thesis deals with the possibility of using the existing bus station and the parking lot in Lochmanova street in the center of Usti nad Orlici. The transformation of the over-sized area is conditioned by movement of the bus station to the train station. The content of the thesis is a design proposal of the new town market, courtyard and complex of apartment buildings. The theme of the thesis is the restoration of the urban character to the area. The diploma project represents a proposal of that is contextual, adequate and intensive by its density.
