HIGHWAY REST PLACE - TURIE

The diploma thesis concerns the ideological, spatial and material design of the Turie rest area near Žilina. The conclusion of the thesis is a comprehensive solution to this topic. In addition, the thesis offers reflection and points out today's approach to the construction of road objects and in more detail to the construction of gas stations and rest areas. The thesis shows that it is not only architecture that is important, but the overall arrangement, too is significant for the functionality and efficiency of operations.
