ECOLOGICAL STARTUP HOUSING IN OLOMOUC

The theme of this diploma thesis is the start-up (social) housing in Olomouc. This is a corner block in the wider city center, which is suitable for social housing, especially for the availability of all services. The house respects block both - mass and height, but also uses the maximum area. The house has 6 upper floors and 2 underground floors parking. The ground floor of the house is commercial, there is a common room in the courtyard, the other above-ground floors are only residential. Part of the project is the modification of the courtyard, the level of which increases to the level of the surrounding terrain.
