My bachelor thesis is a reaction to the stress related issues in a modern world. The target group is women. Women are, in addition to stressors of psychological and social character, also significantly influenced by biological stressors. Our antistress tool is in the form of jewellery. Based on our research we have verified that the activity of composing, decomposing, etc., calms many of us down. As a result the jewellery is variable and works on the principle of a building kit. Thus the collection NESTRES can be understood as an architecture in your hands, with which you can ease your stress and tension.
