Living the City - Housing Unit Nový Zlíchov

The proposed building is located in Prague on Nový Zlíchov Street in the Zlíchov district southwest of the center on the left bank of the Vltava, in the east of Prague 5. The main ideas of the building were to combine the comfort of family living with the standard of an apartment building and to achieve a usable and functional object. It is mostly an apartment building with three floors above ground and one underground floor. The functional content of the building includes apartments for employees of the given city district and at the same time provides space for commerce (grocery store).
