Polyfunctional House, Praha, Žluté Lázně - _

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a building permit (DSP) for the building of the Polyfunctional House, Prague, Žluté lázně on the basis of a study prepared in the winter semester 2021/2022. The building is located in the area of Žluté lázně in Podolské nábřeží Street in Prague. The project is based on the legacy of historic fencing. The fence line is extended and supplemented with new civic amenities. The new building enriches the location with a new recreational pool, restaurant, art zone and parking garages.
