Park Apartments

Main architectural concept of this project is based on modular architecture. The main goal of the project was to create comfort and quality living in close proximity to the center of Most. The project is an interpretation of newly built apartment buildings from BIG Architects in Copenhagen and Stockholm, adapted for the Czech Czech landscape and surrounding buildings. Apartments U Parku form a large block with Skoda of 180 apartments and a courtyard with an area of ​​1000 m2. The apartments are stacked in such a way that the buildings outline for themselves and also that all the apartments have a good view and plenty of daylight. Along the entire length of the building, it has a cascading structure of 90 apartments, which allows you to place a residential area and a garden at each of the exits. The building has 10 floors above ground and two underground floors. It is divided into three parts. On the first and second underground floor there is parking for 200 cars, to which a ramp leads from U Parků Street. Most of the space on the ground floor of the building is intended for commercial use, retail space, cafes and restaurants. The residential part of the building starts from the second to the 10th floor.
