This project is dedicated to co-housing senior community space in the city center.
Senior housing is the current trend of solving problems of aged citizens in the cooperation with habitants.
As the assignment of this housing deals with it‘s three basic functions: inhabitation, social activities and health improvement.
It is very attractive area in the city center with good accessibility, recreation places and developed structure.
Urban and architectural design solution offer the space for tranquil and active community lifestyle.
