Karlin Barracks

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a conversion of the courtyard of Karlín barracks into a partially publicly accessible space - a roof garden at the level of the street and a patio one level below as a part of planned operation of the judicial palace in the barracks building. Design of this concept has been dealt with during a study in the winter semester. The goal of the thesis is to refine and finish the study from previous semester to a level corresponding to documentation for proceedings at the building authority and realization of the construction.
