Conversion and annex of the complex of former brewery in Sedlec Kutná Hora

The project deals with a complete conversion and rehabilitation of a complex of aformer brewery in Sedlec Kutna Hora, which is situated in an exposed positionnear the church of Assumption of Virgin Mary created, by a famous architect,Santini (UNESCO heritage site). The complex consists of a new structure of ahotel and a restaurant and an entrance building for the wellness premises. In theoriginal building there is a cultural–social center and the premises of the brewery.The project for the original building is aimed to bring back its original nature. Thenew buildings are supposed to support the quality of the original industrial architecture.
