Písek – Pod hradbami

The aim of this work is to create a new design of location named Pod hradbami (under fortification) in Písek. Nowadays there is a swimming pool, which would be relocated. My project is dealing with revitalization of significant part of the town, which is connected with the river Otava and the green belt on fortification. The solution is focused on quality of public spaces and new buildings with respect to historical structure and town‘s panorama. This work also provides the posibility of placing a residential house for elderly, which is designed as common housing with additional services for inhabitants.
