COMPLETION OF THE GAP SITE IN THE CENTER OF BEROUN

The diploma thesis deals with the completion of a gap in the center of Beroun. The work aims to explore the possibilities of the plot in connection with diverse existing objects and with regard to the historical value of the environment. The design completes the city space with a new layer, a multifunctional building complex and thus creates a compact urban environment. The project consists of the civic amenities such as art school, a cafe and gallery, ceramic workshops, a study room, commercial space and housing. In Between the buildings urban spaces are designed.
