THE LANDSCAPE UNDER THE ČERCHOV, THE CONCEPT OF LANDSCAPE REVITALIZATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TOWN

The thesis concerns the revitalisation solution of Klenč pod Čechovem's landscape in regard to the residence. First part of the thesis is dedicated to analyses of natural and cultural aspects of the area which were evaluated and then marked into the problem maps. Second part then concerns concept of a solution proposal aiming to optimise functionalities of the landscape. Main areas of the solution are permeability of the landscape with regard to the points of interest, permeability and points of interest of water streams in the landscape, and biodiversity of species of the landscape. These factors are mutually interconnected and influential. The goal of the proposal is revitalisation of the landscape in order to provide quality environment to all its users, fauna, flora, residents, and visitors.
