Housing next to the Botič stream

This is a conceptual urban task to design how to integrate the current rundown area into the urban plan of the city. On the outskirts of the city center is designed an urban complex, which its mass is cut out in different way and there are a different height of the building. It became part of the inner city and therefore a higher standard and scale are used. There are located apartments, shops on the ground floor, offices and a kindergarten, that are accessible from the paved square leading to the communal garden and Botič.
