Mental health care centre Karviná

Mental Health Center is designed acording to the Reform of psychiatric care, which is preparing for the Czech Republic. Mental health centers should provide alternative care for patients with severe mental illnesses, who would otherwise have been relegated to large psychiatric hospitals without systematic continuity to ambulant care. I chose the town Karvina, which has been contending with high unemployment, population outflow and poor access to mental health care. The closest is one of the largest psychiatric hospital in Opava, but the distance, capacity and quality of service does not meet current requirements.
