Winery

The wine business premises are situated under the hill of Leskoun in Olbramovice. It incorporates rooms for storage, wine degustation, accommodation and supplementary operation. It uses the hillside for a partly sunken building. The rooms for degustation and visitors on the first floor are oriented to the south; the grapes are supplied from the north. The southern walls are surrounded by terraces creating a sojourning area which is able to absorb sunshine and prevent overheating of the interior. The main part is the tank hall surrounded by a walked-on gallery which allows the visitors a direct contact with the production. It is lit up by skylights with solar panels. The main motto of the construction is harmony with the vicinity, use of natural and local resources for an environmentally friendly business.
