The stand-alone linear housing is situated at a brownfield, a former sugar factory site in Úvaly. The flats are accessed by means of access-balconies, external staircases and two elevators. The structure is made from precast concrete panels. Apart from the flats, there are common spaces on the first floor such as a common room or a laundry and a drying room.
